All systems are go...nearly.

Quick post, because I have a busy Sunday ahead - but I did a short 3km run this morning which was supposed to be 6km, but I abandoned it in order to preserve my achilles. It didn't hurt, I just felt aware of it more than usual, so decided to take the cautious route and give it a rest. 


I have a strength session tomorrow morning and then another run on Tuesday; officially beginning my running program. Here's hoping the achilles feels ok.
