I promised myself I wouldn't post twice in one day, particularly early on - I know that I won't be able to keep this up as the running goes on. But I wanted to record this. I've been looking at the McMillan Running calendars recently to track where I am at approximately on my marathon time, and worked out that I will (apparently) need to run a 51:00 10km in order to break 4:00 for the marathon. *phew* This is going to be a struggle.
p.s my hamstring feels better. Sunday looking good.
